Saturday, 12 December 2009, I lost a close personal friend. Craig Schroader, owner operator of Schroader's mobile electronics in Waco. Greg donated some of the stereo equipment for the 2009 raffle car, and was on line to donate some more for the 2010 raffle car. Craig was riding his Harley, after leaving the Christmas parade in Waco, on his way to the Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) Christmas Toy Give Away. He was hit by car driven by an uninsured motorist, no drivers license. There was a 2 year old girl in the car, unrestrained (no car seat, nothing) that flew through the windshield upon impact with the motorcycle. She died at the scene. Greg was hit so hard, he flew up into the handlebars, severing the bars off the bike, breaking his pelvis, puncturing his abdominal aorta. Craig died at the hospital in Waco approximately one hour later. He is a man of faith, and had announced Jesus as his savior. He is survived by his wife and son.  Plans for the funeral have not been announced, but I will post them as soon a I hear. 

Craig was a great friend and strong supporter of any cause that glorfied bringing Jesus into this world.

May he rest in peace. May the loving hand of God comfort all those impacted by his loss.
