God sent people to share with me the importance of salvation, but I insisted that I was ok. To be honest, it was making me really mad (I thought how dare these people tell me that unless I got saved, I was not going to heaven). Several months later i ended up going to a men's conference and felt God really calling me to go to the alter during the alter call. The calling was so strong, my whole body was trembling (my flesh did not want me to go). I ignored my flesh and went. That night I gave my life to the Jesus! It was soooo amazing, my eyes were literally open and I could see things like I never have seen before. I got saved 2 days before my daughter was born on fathers day back in 1995.
