Need a new Decal Vendor...ASAP!

Postby brian on Mon Jul 19, 2010 11:10 pm

Hey Guys, Our decal supplier just sent me a revised pricing structure and our decals have more than doubled in cost! I've had to disable the decal order page cause we simply can't ask people to pay that much for a decal. If anyone knows another company we can work with, please let me know.

Be in prayer with us for a solution. We only made a few dollars off each decal sale and now i don't see how we can offer them at all.

Seems that our only options are to

1. Raise prices significantly for memberships and decal purchases, or
2. Keep membership pricing at $25, but just provide a small decal and maybe their membership card, then raise prices on all the decals in the store to cover these updated costs.

We'll have to pray about this. Let me know if any of you know other decal manufacturers.

ask for chris collins. He actually was just asking about making our decals the other day and I told him we have someone.

It looks like we've already got some good options to get our graphics done with, but in case you're looking for another, there's this local shop I get graphics done through for my truck that I liked really well. You might even get them to do a better deal being that this is for a Christian organization, as well as because of doing business in bulk, I could check into that for you guys if you're interested. The Hightech Signs and Graphix shop's website is http://thehitechshop.com/ Check it out and see what ya think!

P.S. The decals on the back window of my Xtreme were done by HighTech.

OK, I've found a temporary solution until we can find a new vendor. There's a big price-jump for decals longer than 30", so I've removed all the 30+ inch decal options for now. I may add them back later, but it'll have to be at a higher price. Memberships will stay at $25, but we don't really make any money off them. I had to raise decal prices for existing members by a few dollars just to cover this price-hike for now.

I'll continue looking for new vendors. Thanks for the links guys. I'll contact them.

Give a call to
Ken Binkley Sign Company
(615) 254-8711
ask for Amanda Binkley

Let her know that you are with a Christian Car Club and that Brad C. told you to call her. They have great prices and are also a Christian company. They should have better prices than anybody else

Hello and God's blessings to you brother Brian. Have you found a new decal supplier? If not try this gentleman, His name is Dave Klender he has a sign business here in Bay City, MI. He has done a lot of top quality work for me at very reasonable prices. Here is his phone number (989)684-2260. His company's name is Klender Design. Mention my name and car to him.

Hey Guys, you can still order decals at: http://www.holyrollerz.org/decalorders

We raised prices a few dollars to cover the increased cost, and we're no longer making any profit on these, but this will have to suffice until we can land a new supplier. My wife is working to contact all the ones you guys recommended. Hopefully we'll have a new supplier soon.

Her application was approved a long time ago. Did you guys ever complete the upgrade process? I have no record of a PayPal payment for her upgrade
